Set aside an hour to work out and eat up on my fruits and veggies!ReplyDelete
My youngest son has food allergies, as most people know. He's allergic to wheat, eggs, soy, cows milk and peanuts. I shop at whole foods now for the entire family, and cook meals that my youngest son can have along with everybody else. I keep in mind that it's healthy for us. We mainly just eat meat, fruits and vegetables. But we are venturing out little by little. I also walk 20 mins everyday on my treadmill (thanks Crystal!) and do the butt brazil workout. Gotta get and stay in shape! =]ReplyDelete
I volunteer. It makes me feel awesome about myself, and sets a great example for my children! I also noticed the more I do, the more I want to do ... For others and for myself ... Whether it be walking, going to the gym, drinking my water quota ... Just makes me all around happier!ReplyDelete
Health is wealth! I am very concern of my health. I eat everything. I like protein very much. I am always going to gym. I wish I always to be happy and wealthy.ReplyDelete
