Crystal is a Public Administration professional specialized in human
resources, emergency management; education in administrative law, negotiation
and conflict management; strong
written and oral communication skill.
Crystal has worked in the public policy, politics, research and management fields for over 10 years. She has served as a consultant, peer reviewer, campaign manager, project manager, and administrator.

Crystal is a staunch supporter and advocate for soldiers,
veterans, military spouses, veteran spouses and military families. Crystal has
been a military spouse since 2000 she sees the need to connect with all US
military spouses and families, active and reservist throughout the world. She
serves as a military and veterans consultant to assist in transforming this way
of thinking and to advocate for the military, particularly spouses dealing
employment, education and combat stress.
Crystal was named Hero at Home
Winner for 2012, Heroines in Technology Finalist for 2012, Army Spouse of the
Year 2011 by Military Spouse Magazine, and she was also a Hero at Home Finalist
for 2011. Crystal has her Masters of Public Administration from The University
of North Carolina at Pembroke, with a concentration in Emergency Management.
Crystal also has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of
North Carolina at Greensboro. Crystal is also an Alumnus at the Institute of
Political Leadership in Greensboro NC. Crystal's passion and commitment
have been instrumental in the development of highly successful partnerships,
programs and initiatives. Crystal is now currently attending the Native Leadership Institute!
