Glasses to wear or not to wear? ME I wear proudly!
So most of you know I wear glasses, for the reason is I can't stand touching my eye. I have tried contacts but I just sat in the chair flinching every time the doc came close to my eye. Then I was like well if I get it in how am I going to get it out? Ok so NO that wasn't for me. A few years go by and then they came out with this laser eye surgery. There isn't enough Valium in the world for me to just lay there while my eyes are pried open and they cut a flap in my cornea, NOPE! If I can't be put asleep knocked out or something and they open my eyes, then NO not happening.. I have a hard time when they puff the air in my eye, I can't stand that.
So I am left with my beautiful eyeglasses! They work for me b/c I don't have to TOUCH MY EYES. They also make me look distinguished and you know I have sun glasses that have prescription in them too! I am looking into getting a new pair next month or in March. Currently I have oval shaped but I think I am going to get rectangular shaped. I saw a picture of me in high school I had round ones, that didn't look good on me, LOL.

I know for me I am far-sighted, well actually I have to have my glasses to see everything. When I was younger if I only worn them for reading then my eyes wouldn't have gotten use to the prescription.
