Won't you go on my 31 day journey?

So while I am not OVERLY religious I have decided to turn to my faith to help me. I do go to Mass and I involved my kids but I felt it wasn't enough. Over the last few months, I have spoken with a few people and they have shared the same sentiments as I have. So some thoughts come to mind of how people are really just mean spirited, lacking compassion, and believing things that aren't true or not really telling the entire truth just parts of it to make them look great. Maybe they are using you, who knows.

A few months ago I decided to take a journey, one of my paths is to do "31 Promises to Speak Over Your Life". I am reading this book by Joel Osteen, and he makes sense he is reaffirming things I already know in my heart. My mom and grandmother are also a good sense of direction in my life they tell me things that have morals to it, we discuss life lessons and just last night she said, "the bible is just a book of lessons, things that have happened and will happen. We all need faith". God is also right on time, might not be the time you want but it happens all in time.

Did you know Our Words have creative power. "Whenever we speak something either good or bad, we give life to what we are saying. Too many people say negative things." From the words of Joel, you've got to send your words out in the direction you want your life to go.

I am on Day 6 of my 31 days!
